Terms of Use
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the website operated by Pixamation Inc. at www.pixamation.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Pixamation Inc. provides information technology products and services. Contact: timothy@pixamation.com, 315-527-6793.
2. Informational website
Content on the Site is for general information. It is not a binding offer. Sending a contact form or downloading our remote support tool does not create a service contract. Paid work is governed by a separate agreement, quote, or statement of work.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the client portal, payroll tools, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, or overload the Site except with our written permission.
- Submit false, harmful, or infringing content through forms.
4. Client and payroll portals
Access to login-protected areas is limited to authorized users. You must keep credentials confidential and complete two-factor authentication where required. We may suspend access if we believe an account is compromised or misused. Payroll data is confidential and may be used only for authorized business purposes.
5. Remote support tool
The Site may offer a download of a remote support application (currently RustDesk). Use of that software is also subject to its own license. Only install it if you intend to receive support from Pixamation and understand that a technician may view or control your computer during a support session.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, logos, and graphics are owned by Pixamation Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission. Third-party names (Dell, QNAP, and others) are trademarks of their owners.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
8. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXAMATION DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXAMATION INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
